- All delivery trucks have cleanliness, temperature and humidity controls and monitoring
- All medical products are handled with care by trained SPSA technicians and drivers
- All medical products are separated clean vs. soiled by dedicated pathways and truck docks to prevent cross-contamination
- All medical products are inspected and verified to customer requirements prior to delivery
- All deliveries are accompanied by a detailed batch/lot record including sterilization monitoring results and items processed which are suitable for any regulatory inspection and healthcare facility quality monitoring program
